Description of our Services

Stereo Mastering

The Stereo Mastering is the standard practice for mastering a song. The artist sends a stereo file of their final mixdown. This stereo file will be processed in the final mastering stage. The engineer will enhance the sound quality and decrease the dynamics due to higher loudness. He will make the song compatible for all sound systems. Since the engineer is working on one single file, he is limited to do small adjustments. Possible issues like clipping or wrong levels in the track cannot be fixed.

Stem Mastering

A Stem Mastering is a mastering from up to eight individual stems. The producer is going to mix the track himself. After finishing the mixdown, he’ll bounce the following stems: Kick, Snare, Cymbals, Percussions, Bass, Synths, Vocals and Effects. Compared to a regular mastering, stem mastering gives the Engineer the advantage of being able to fix minor issues and work with more individual aspects of the audio, while being very affordable.

Stem Mix

A stem mix is recommended for advanced producers. The stem mix contains a mixdown and mastering of 18 stems.  This service gives the engineer enough flexibility to work on details and make all tracks working together. Instead of sending the full session, as the artist would do for a full mix, the artist creates stems for individual parts. For example: If he used two different Kickdrums at the same time, he can bounce them as one stem, so the mixing engineer will work on only one Kickdrum file. For a stem mix the producer should be able to make good submixes of the individual stems to deliver a good source for the mixing engineer. Stem Mixes include the mastering of the final mixed version.

Full Mix

A full mix contains a mixdown from up to 72 individual stems of a song. It gives the engineer the most flexibility. By having each track separately the engineer has the ability to work on details and fine tune every stem individually. In a full mix the engineer can correct mistakes which might be done during production process and he can make sure that every single element of a song has it’s own place and work perfectly together with the other elements. The artist sends their stems, each bounced from beginning to the end of a session. Full mixes include the mastering of the final mixed version.

Mix Consultation

Nothing is more Important than an experienced and fresh set of ears. Every producer is working countless hours on a song. At some point he’s not able to judge his mixing efforts properly. In the Mix Consultation we will listen your track very carefully multiple times and give you very detailed feedback on what you can do to improve your mix. We will also give you some suggestions, what we think could be done on the production side to bring your production to the next level. All our services include a Mix Consultation. If you get the mix consultation first and decide to get it mixed or mastered afterwards, we will happily deduct your already paid amount from the service fee.

Co & Ghostproduction

Sometimes Producers need some help during the production stage. They either need help with producing certain sounds or certain parts like Breakdowns or Drops. Sometimes they want us to assist during the entire production process from start to finish or they want us to do some Post Production like Vocal Tuning before they continue working on there song. It’s also common practice for us to produce entire songs without being credited. The artist is going to release it under his name and pretend to be the one who produced it. There are no fixed rates for this kind of services. Please hit us up with a detailed description of what you want us to do for you and we can give you a quote.
